Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from Microstart ("we", "us", "our") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase any products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Microstart is a single-vendor digital product store. We create and sell digital goods — including source code templates, AI builder prompts, brand kits, motion graphics, and landing page templates — directly to customers. We are the sole seller on this platform.

All products sold on Microstart are digital goods. Each product listing specifies its license type:

— Single License: one project, one end product, for your own use or one client. — Commercial License: use in unlimited projects or end products for sale. — Unlimited License: use across unlimited projects with no restrictions.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the source files with third parties beyond what is expressly permitted by the license attached to the product you purchased. Reverse engineering products for resale as competing templates is strictly prohibited.

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your payment method. We do not store your full card details — payment data is handled entirely by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Managed Maintenance is billed on a recurring, per-product basis. You may pause or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Products are delivered digitally immediately after payment is confirmed. You will receive download access via your account dashboard or by email. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters. Contact us at hello@microstart.dev if you do not receive your purchase within 24 hours.

All content on this site — including product copy, design, brand assets, and promotional materials — is owned by Microstart and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The source code and files within purchased products are licensed to you (not sold outright) under the terms described in the product listing. You may not claim ownership of the original product files.

You agree not to:

— Use any product in a way that violates applicable law. — Resell or redistribute purchased digital files without an appropriate license. — Use our products to build directly competing storefronts selling the same template files. — Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is provided. — Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site. — Impersonate Microstart or falsely claim affiliation with us.

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any product will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or be compatible with all environments. Code templates are starting points, not finished products — they require developer knowledge to customise and deploy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microstart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
